Bird Photography tour of Desert National park, Great Rann of Kutch and Little Rann of Kutch

The western and north western desert and ranns spread across Gujarat and Rajasthan hold a unique landscape and habitat. The Great and Little Rann of Kutch along with the Desert National Park attract birds on the western flyway some of which never fly into the rest of the mainland. These would be followed by magnificient raptors. We embark on this journey to photograph these beautiful creatures in beautiful light.
We are hoping to see the Peregrine Falcon, Merlin, Imperial Eagle, Cinerous Vulture, the griffons and some owls amongst the birds of prey. Also birds like the Grey Hypocolis, White-naped Tit, Deser Courser, Desert Lark, Hoopoe Lark, Sociable plover, Trumpeter Finch and many many more.

Join us for this fabulous adventure and improve on your photography collection!

Snow Leopard Tour

Shan as the Snow Leopard is called in Ladakhi is probably the most enigmatic big cat, even more than the Tiger. The fact that its beautiful, lives in such an inhospitable environment and is endangered adds to the allure to a sighting of this incerdible beast.
Trek up in the winter in Ladakh, face the raw elements to get an exhilarating sighting of this secretive cat. See not only the Snow Leopard but also the elusive Lynx, Ibex, Urial, Argali, Tibetan Wolf, Brown bear, Pallas's cat, Weasels, Stoats among others.
Golden Eagles, Lammergiers, Snowcocks and Wallcreepers should keep the birdwatcher in you happy.

Myanmar

endemics and discovery

Burma is a beautiful and mostly undisturbed land often considered the last frontier of global biodiversity in Asia. Its diversity is spectacular holding a major chunk of species found in the world for Orchids, flowering plants, butterflies 6%, bats 9% & birds 10%.

The birds would be our main focus this trip in Myanmar which has one of the most diverse bird faunas per unit area amongst any country in the world..
