Strong Hands-On technical leads and senior developers with expertise in the architecture and development of Weblogic Portal solutions.
A candidate:
· Must have advanced knowledge of WebLogic Portal architecture and development.
· Should have experience developing business requirements including documentation, verification, and testing.
· Must have worked on projects from conception through delivery including development and production deployment.
· Should have Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
· Should have the ability and willingness to aid in project management tasks, including: project plans, status reports, deployment plans, testing plans, test execution.
A candidate should be familiar with the core J2EE architecture and development, having experience in:
· JDBC, Ibatis, Hibernate, and other data persistence technologies.
· Spring Framework
· Spring MVC or Webflow
· Front end web development in HTML, Javascript, AJAX, and CSS
· Weblogic Platform
· Web Services
The ideal candidate will have:
· Worked on projects from conception to completion including both development and production deployment
· Experience working with Business Analysts to verify requirements and ensure that are well defined for construction.
· Experience performing strong unit and integration testing with other developers to reduce quality defects.
· Experience supporting Quality Assurance testing efforts to ensure delivered systems meet quality objectives
· Ability and willingness to aid in project management tasks, including project plans, status reports, deployment planning, testing and knowledge transfer
· Strong written and verbal skills to ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and understood by our clients |
