{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} narragansett bay albies/stripers - shore fishing

Anyone familiar with the Bay around Newport, RI?  I'm doing a 2 day false albacore trip, but will be there the day before and would like to fish from shore without endangering myself on slipper rocks, etc.

Any pointers appreciated....
