{Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders} Lost River, WV

Hey, All

I'm heading over to Lost River, WV, for a few days and am looking for any thoughts regarding that river, the Kimsey Run, or the Trout Pond Recreation Area.  Has anyone been over that way lately?  If so, anything I should keep in mind?  Thanks
