·         Having 10+ years of experience in IT & 8 plus years’ experience in testing of client-server and web based applications in Windows & Unix environment

·         Experience in driving the testing Team & as well as individual contributor.

·         Expertise in all models like waterfall, Agile, spiral, extreme programming.

·         Extensive experience in Manual Testing.

·         Extensive interaction & c-ordination with the UAT/Business team.

·         Setting the Business Priority for the defects.

·         Expertise in unit, Functional, Regression(manual),Automation, Criteria based, Quality Check point and SIT(system Integration testing).

·         Good hands- on exposure to Automation testing tools like QTP, Silk Test, Win Runner.

·         Extensive experience in Quality Center, HP ALM, Rational clear Quest.

·         Having good exposure to Design analysis using, OOAD, UML ,RUP, Ration Rose,

HLD and use case diagrams.

·         Expertise in BFSI(Capital markets, Property & Casualty Insurance, Claims, Underwriting)

·         Good experience in logistics & Healthcare.

·         Good hand on experience in Data flux, Active.

·         Good knowledge in database testing using SQL server 2005 using Toad SQL.

·         Exposure to Protocols testing like HTTP, SMPT, FTP etc…

·         Having extensive experience in testing tools such Test Director/QC(Quality Center),

·         Experience in development of application programs, coding, integration and debugging in Java, Oracle, JavaScript and VBScript.
