Do you think they will still be in there around Thanksgiving, or is that to late?

I hit the falling tide at Gravelly this morning and landed a few stripers. Photo is the big fish for the morning. I think the water isn't quite cold enough for the really strong run, but they are in there and feeding. The tides at local out-flows should be good for the next few days around dawn and dusk, for anyone who can get out for a couple hours.

I used a 7wt 11' switch rod with an extra-fast sink tip polyleader and a Clouser made from angel hair.

Best part was the drive home, knowing all those folks were going to work, while I was coming from a good morning of fishing.
