My suggestion would be Cape Henlopen. Fish have to enter the bay to move up the Delaware. The point of the cape is some crazy fast yet fishy water. If you see dolphins fishing will be lousy. Stripping basket for sure. That water moves freakishly fast on the tide so be careful.
