Job Description:
As a Training Coach, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training sessions tailored to the needs of individuals or teams. Your role will include both in-person and virtual coaching opportunities, depending on the client's needs.
You will be expected to:
Design and deliver training sessions for individuals, teams, or organizations across various industries.
Adapt training content to meet the specific requirements of clients, ensuring relevance and impact.
Provide one-on-one coaching, group training, and workshops, both remotely and occasionally in person.
Assess and evaluate the progress of learners, providing constructive feedback and support.
Work collaboratively with other coaches and departments to continuously improve training programs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and learning methodologies.
Manage your own schedule and travel within the UK as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging training sessions (virtual or in-person) to enhance individual and team performance.
Customize training materials to address the specific needs of clients across diverse industries.
Offer coaching and mentoring to clients, helping them to set clear goals and achieve desired outcomes.
Monitor and assess learners' progress, providing feedback and support for improvement.
Maintain high standards of communication and customer service with clients.
Travel to client sites across the UK, as needed, while primarily working remotely.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience as a training coach, trainer, or facilitator, with a strong track record of success in delivering training programs.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to adapt training content to different audiences and learning styles.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently.
Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for virtual training delivery (e.g., Zoom, Teams, etc.).
A passion for personal development and helping others achieve their potential.
A flexible, proactive, and self-motivated approach to work.
Desirable Qualifications:
Professional coaching certification (e.g., ICF, ILM, or similar).
Experience working in diverse industries (corporate, education, healthcare, etc.).
Familiarity with instructional design or learning management systems (LMS).
