Just a followup. I meant beavercreek in Maryland. I've heard that Beavercreek in VA is better, especially on ColdwaterOutfitter's private water.

I've had good luck with Tom Baltz in Carlisle area on the Yellow Breeches. Tom Baltz, Angling Adventures. It will be nymphing, so good casting skill is not as important. I would avoid places that are more technical such as Mossy, Bevercreek or the LeTort up in Carlisle.Carl--Carl ZmolaOn Mon, Oct 25, 2021 at 9:15 AM jpbarr <guapomac@gmail.com> wrote:Hey Everyone-I introduced a good friend to fly fishing a while ago, and I'd like to take him on a guided trip somewhere to get some casting instruction from a pro and hopefully catch a trout or 2. I'm thinking an overnight trip somewhere within a few hours' drive.Any suggestions on places to take him, and specifically guides that can help him avoid all my bad habits? I heard somewhere that Carlisle PA was an option, but I've never been. Maybe Mossy Creek? He got some crap news recently, so I'd love to take give him a day off sometime soon if possible. Thanks a ton!--
