I always camp when I go to the Catskills. Beaverkill
Campground is close to roscoe and has sites right on the beaver kill but is honestly not that nice of a campground. Mongaup pond is up the road and is much nicer and is close to the upper willow. Can't tell you about hotels but there are a couple places right in town.
It's been years since I fished with a guide in the Catskills but last time I did it was with lee Hartman. Not sure if he is still guiding but he was good. As far as flyshops go I like Catskill flies best among the options in town (deters is a close second) and they have guides on both the Beamoc and the Delaware.
